Ten Japanese Fine Dining, Marc Residence

Couple days ago, before the class, I managed to spare some time to have my lunch at Ten Japanese Fine Dining which is lcoated at Marc Residence. Surprisingly, the restaurant is easily seen from the outside of the building, and the direction from car park to the restaurant is very clear and straightforward, which is something girls would like, as girls would not want to spend time find the ways in heels, it's really suffering, trust me! :/

Ten Japanese Fine Dining previously was located at Publika, they just moved to Marc Residence not long ago. Envy those who stay here could have the fine dining meal without walking out to other places.

Menu design is classic and authentic.

I like the interior design of the restaurant, everything is in wood and green, closer to the natural environment while having meal at here. It creates a mysterious feel that makes us feel like want to explore more. I also like the pathway, suddenly thought of the Macao Tower's window floor that I've stepped on a month ago, this is much more fearless tho.

While waiting for the others to arrive, I ordered Yuzu drinks to try out. The cocktail contains aromatic flavours and sour taste, which is quite refreshing and fruity even it is an alcoholic drinks.

First dish is the unique Japanese Dango, made with seasonal vegetables, filled with French foie gras. Dango is a type of Japanese dumpling made from mochi, anyone likes mochi? I do! And also the combination of the foie gras, hmmm refreshing!

Here comes the second dish, assorted Ocean Fresh sushi & Sashimi. I am actually counting if there are 10 different Sashimi just like the restaurant name. hehe. I am a fans of Sashimi even though I started to like it at 19 years old. I remember last time I even puked out because of the raw meat smell, something that stinks. But after while only I realized that, a good sushi chef only can makes good Sashimi without stink smell.

Surprisingly, the Sushi and Sashimi are fresh.

The young chef came out with a tray of raw wagyu beef and garlics, explained to us how their infamous main dish, Teppanyaki styled, Miyazaki A5 Wagyu served with Tasmanian garlic chips and various vegetable. For this dish, the chef recommended to try rare or medium rare as the authentic flavour wouldn't being spoiled.

So, I choose to go for medium rare, since I am still can't get used to the raw beef.

The interesting part is, mix it with wasabi that they provided. It taste good to my surprise!
And also the garlic chips with it, one word to describe, awesome!

Another signature dish from Ten, Saikyo Miso Grilled Fish, with beautiful dressing that attracts me. Marinated with Miso paste is a bonus to the Salmon and the taste is delicious.

Girls' favourite part, dessert! I am actually rushing to class but I stayed for their dessert, luckily it didn't dissapoint me! Irresistable dual of Ten's specialty dessert, a combination of chocolate with matcha and alcoholic jelly with top of tomato.
