The second time I travelled to bangkok, I choose to visit another rooftop bar in Bangkok as I know bkk has one of the most breathtaking night views. Previous bkk trip I've visited to two rooftop bars, Sirocco Sky Bar and Red Sky. You may read the entry here. So this time I chose to visit to the Vertigo and Moon Bar which is located at Hotel Banyan Tree, one of the tallest buildings in Bangkok. Same as the previous bars, it took not more than 150 baht to the hotel from our hotel (just nearby the Platinum Mall). Vertigo and Moon Bar is located at 61st floor of the Banyan Tree Bangkok, do you know that the space was converted from a helicopter pad? Interesting fact right?

From the hotel lobby to the bar, we have to take lift to 59 level then climb up to the bar level. Pictures before entering the bar.
Unlike Sirocco sky bar, you can order drinks only and choose a table to enjoy your drinks at Vertigo and Moon Bar. The servers here are polite too, if the moon bar is kind of crowded, they would give a gentle reminder before proceed to the bar. To me, the service is definitely thumbs up, the server is being helpful at choosing a right wine for us too.

Oh yeah, if you happen to visit any of the rooftop bar, don't worry about the cab would higher the price. So far the three rooftop bars that I've been to provided taxi stand for every guest, helping guest to get the cab, and the cab is metered cab.
