Sunsilk with 5 Natural Oils

Courtesy of Sunsilk, I've got invited to the Sunsilk's blogger event which held at the Croisette cafe, Cascadium condominium, Bangsar. Who doesn't know Sunsilk? Especially it's quite popular in Malaysia. To be frank, I am using one of the Sunsilk products which I find it's quite effective and I did recommend to my friends. Not long ago, they just revealed another new series of products. The products contain 5 types of natural oils which not only give benefits to our hair, also to our skin!

Before the event started, French food was served by Croisette cafe's chef who was a French together with his wife. You may visit http://www.facebook.com/Croisettecafe to find out more of this French cafe.

Event started with an emcee explaining the benefits of the 5 natural oils.

There are actually 5 types of natural oils, which are olive oil, coconut oil, camelia oil, almond oil and jojoba oil.

Olive oil - The best way to remove stubborn makeup without stripping your skin off the moisture. A good massage with olive oil at night makes your skin baby soft in the morning.

Coconut oil A natural sunscreen for your body. The benefit of coconut oil on the skin is comparable to that of mineral oil. Coconut oil is a safe solution for preventing dryness and flaking of skin. It also delays wrinkles, and sagging of skin which normally become prominent with age.

Camelia oil - Highly beneficial for hair and skin conditional properties and are mainly used in hair oils, soaps and skin products. Camellia oil benefits the hair as it prevents breakage, promotes hair growth and soothe dry scalp conditions. It is easily absorbed into the hair, without making it greasy.

Almond oil - Excellent for dry and normal skin. Gives natural pink colour to the lips, remove wrinkles and under eye dark circles.

Jojoba oil - An excellent moisturizer. It is compatible with the skin due to its likeliness to the skin´s sebum, penetrate deep into your skin. It is extremely beneficial for oily types of skin with acne, blackheads, heat rashes, seborrhea and other problematic skin conditions.

They provided a DIY scrub making session in order to let us utilize these powerful natural ingredients.

Add brown sugar and oils together with the ratio of one scoop of brown sugar to two teaspoons of oil.

I add 5 types of oils all together into the pot, greedy! hehe

So this is the outcome, not bad huh.
Some people make it too wet or too dry.

Later on, they put breadsticks and 4 types of oils in front of us. I was thinking 'are they going to ask us eat the sticks?' Yes I was right! We were separated into groups and required to eat and answer the type of oil.

The winning team got the voucher of villa, apparently it's not my team because we are slightly late! :(

Then, the next session was about fashion. Edmond Voon Wei, a fashion stylist was invited to give us a talk on how to dress perfectly with different hair styles.

Sunsilk team was being lovely, they prepared lovely door gifts for us which made me felt surprised and happy!

Happy girl's gonna reveal the gifts!
