I did research everytime before the trip, it's essential to list out a TO-DO-LIST! I do this everytime maybe because one of the reasons is I am kind of forgetful, and also I prefer organized timetable. I am gonna share with you guys about 3 nice cafes that I've been to and it's all in my recommendation list! So do check it out if you're travel to Hong Kong! :D
#1 C'est La B (Tai Hang)
The first one would be C'est La B, which has 3 joints in the city, Tai Hang, Pacific Place and Harbour City. The one that I went to is Tai Hang branch. I actually went to the Harbour City branch at first but the service was poor so I decided to call it off. Was attracted by the unique cake design on their website, Ms B's Cakery. Their cake actually available at Sevva restaurant, cakes are super cute and special! I wish I could try it out but the cake is too big for two. :/ So, C'est La B was my final option as their desserts are made by Ms B's Cakery as well.
Love their concept of the cafe, classy and simple
Does the design looks like Alice in Wonderland story?
Order 3 desserts
Berry delight, OMG (forget the name), Better than sex
To be honest, the desserts are decent but not as good as I thought.
Probably I put the expectation too high?
Better than sex is a must-try!
I always think their cakes are better and nicer, look at the design!
Especially the B&W grid cake, so so tempted to try it but it's too big! T.T
Next time I shall ask more people come and eat together lol
The design is simple and nice!
Okie! Gotta learn to do this for my next bakery post!
with my boyfriend, my traveling partner hehe
he told me he has phobia of dessert since the HK trip lol!
Feel so bad! XDD
An ootd pic
spot my bf!

#2 Paul Lafayet (K11 Mall)
Wouldn't notice this nice patisserie if Sharon bee did not recommend me. Thanks to her! I've got a chance to try out the famed patisserie in Hong Kong. I went to K11 Mall outlets but they also have 3 branches in city. Paul Lafayet serves authentic French pastry and their macarons are famous but I didn't try it out. this time I tried out their other signatures. The cakery shop is rather small and only has 3 limited spots for dine-in.
Some of the desserts come with exclusive ceramic, Sharon told me the ceramic can actually bring it back without any charges.
I actually brought back 3 different designs of it hehe
This is one of their signature desserts, Crème Brûlée.
I've been told that it is best to eat within 45mins.
So I order it for dine-in.
Why their cake can be so elegant and unique one? @@
For dine-in, we order Crème Brûlée and Chocolate Gold Dust Heart.
Caramelization of Crème Brûlée is performed on the spot.
I like their Crème Brûlée, not too sweet nor too light, it is just perfect.
I've tried few Crème Brûlée before but so far this is the best!
The caramelized cane sugar is thin, produce a not-too-sweet flavor.
As for the Chocolate Gold Dust Heart,
made of 71% single origin Vanezuelan chocolate mousse with a 24 carat gold topping.
Definitely taste great and the chocolate melts in the mouth instantly!
Thanks Sharon Bee for the recommendation! *love* Worth to visit!

#3 HeSheEat (Mong Kok)
Knew this cafe through a Hongkongite's Instagram, also get attracted by their unique desserts so decided to pay a visit during our trip. There is a distance to walk from MRT station to the cafe, and I wore heels! T.T
The cafe is small, have only 3-4 tables downstairs,
so we have to wait for the seat.
I am not sure if they have open upstairs as well.
They have different menu's colors for guys and girls.
Very interesting!
I order Sakura + red bean souffle served with green tea ice-cream.
The souffle looks fluffy!
The souffle is just nice, with the combination of Sakura scent and red bean.
It's worth to try once but not for second time to me, as the Sakura flavor is strong.
Yuzu gelee served with berry compote + cream chantilly + yogurt sorbet
I order this because it looks really nice and tempting.
However, the taste kind of disappoints me.
I love the topping of berry compote but not really prefer the cream part.
Probably because I am not a cream lover?
Lastly, OOTD
