Acer Aspire Switch 10 E Review

I noticed I started to have a habit, carrying my laptop everywhere I go, ever since I started work. So, I am kind of particular about my laptop, in term of design and size.  Few weeks ago, I was invited to witness the launch of Acer Aspire Switch 10 E. I had to admit that I have a love at first sight towards this laptop! You will know why if you keep reading!

Why I love Acer Aspire Switch 10 E?

1.  Eye-Catching Colours

Unlike ordinary laptops, Acer Aspire Switch 10 E has 4 attractive colours to choose from, Peacock Blue, Coral Red, Moonstone White, and Shark Grey. Colours make laptop become fun and stylish. I always go for my favourite colour, white!

2. Textile Design

This is one of the features I like the most, the textile pattern on Acer Aspire Switch 10 E. When I first saw this laptop, the textile design caught my eyes! I have a thing for textile design, laptop with textile design is definitely a bonus. Not only trendy and unique, the textile design can prevent scratches and dirts too!

3. Magnetic and latch-less Acer Snap Hinge™ 2 allowing the transitions between 4 modes - Laptop, Tablet, Tent, Display

The unique feature of Acer Aspire Switch 10 E is the 4 modes, which can turn into a laptop, tablet, tent as well as display. I like this feature because sometimes I will use it as display when I have meeting with client. It’s easy to view it with others and present decently too.

It’s very interesting that the keypad is very easy to remove, at the same time, it holds very well that even you take the tablet, the keypad will not drop off easily.

4. Durable Battery Life Span (up to 12 hours)

Brought my Acer along with me for my trip last week, since it’s a two days trip, so I didn’t bring the charger. I had fully utilised it in the plane, during the free time and the battery has lasts me throughout the trip!

5. Acer BluelightShield™

There is a special feature of Acer Aspire Switch 10 E, which is Acer BluelightShield™, helps to protect our eyes by reducing the blue light emission. I reckon it’s one of the features that we should take note when it comes to choosing laptop, as we spent many hours each day in front of the laptop.

This is why I love my Acer so much and I bring it along with me most of the time. Of course there are other features such as Acer Switch Lock™ which meant for greater data protection and privacy. If the keyboard is lost or stolen, the docks hard drive is then locked to secure your data. What is even better is that it also comes in 1 year subscription of Office 365!
