H-Artistry Penang 2014

In the past few months, I have attended several events and one of the most exciting events was H-Artistry! This was my first time attending Penang's H-Artistry event which was held at SPICE Penang (formerly known as PISA), and of course, got to see my friends back in hometown!

Red and black was the theme of the night and this was evident in both the Art of Mixing Zone as well as the main party arena which featured a large stage set-up and LED backdrops. The H-Artistry photobooth was also located in this area as opposed to outside in previous parties. Well sometimes it’s good to mix things up to keep things fresh!

The secret identity H-Project DJ’s who performed at the Red Party at PLAY at The Roof earlier this year,went on to deliver a hard EDM set. At the end of their set, their identities were revealed as DJ Ernest C, and DJ Reeve removed their helmets and were greeted with applause by the surprised crowd!

The females in the crowd went nuts as Taiwan’s EDM/mandopop band, Magic Power took to the stage, and they certainly didn’t disappoint and had the crowd lapping for more after delivering “Never Play By The Rules”, “Super Hero”, as well as “Love The Way You Lie” (originally by Eminem) in the second collaboration of the night with Paperplane Pursuit.

Australian queen of big room beats, the pretty DJ Brooklyn took over the deck and dropped her EDM beats.

Malaysian electro house trio, Imma*Bleep*Youup took the party all the way until the end with their EDM beats accompanied by some sexy dancers who added some nice eye candy at this year’s party.

Bumped into some friends as well during the event!
