Got invited to the Imbi Palace Group rebranding dinner once I joined Malaysia's Hottest Blogger. Fyi, Chinese cuisine is my all-time favourite! Many bloggers and media are invited to this grand dinner.

First dish of the night, Double Boiled Cordyceps Flower with Top Shell & Fish Maw

I dislike soup but somehow I finished the whole bowl!

And of course, because of its benefits, improves skin complexion and cleanses kidney and nourishes Yin, that's why I finished it so fast lol

Second dish of the night, Crispy Golden Peking Duck

Here comes my favourite dish, duck skin!

To actually have a proper way to eat, take the skin and meat, add some scallion and specially prepared hoisin sauce and wrap it in the home-made thin pancakes called Momo.

If you do it right, when you bite into it, the juices from the meat will trickle between your finger tip.

Third dish of the night, Pan Fried Stuffed Scallops

Scallops which are all the way from Canada stuffed with Banana Prawns from the Gulf of Carpenteria to create two distinct flavors, yum!

Fourth dish of the night, 8 Treasurers Truffles Chicken

Did u noticed the neck is longer than usual chicken? They hung up the chicken to roast to maintain the crispy skin, they called it KooKoo chicken! lol!

Chicken's inside is stuffed with 8 different types of mushrooms that has been infused with truffle sauce.

Fifth dish of the night, BBQ Broiled Spanish Pork Ribs

Spanish Iberian pig is well-known for its nutty flavour and its delicate melt-in-your-mouth marbling. The Iberian pig's diet of acorns gives it a uniquely tender, rich and rosy meat.
