First Anniversary with love, Tanzini & View Rooftop bar, GTower

 

Holla my friends! Finally exam is over and I have time to blog about first anniversary celebration of me and him which passed few days ago. All I can say is, a lovely night he’d prepared for me even though he worked late. ;)

 

Let’s just start with outfit of the day. :D

G Tower was our destination. It is an environmentally friendly building which is one of my favourite Malaysia’s architectural buildings. Mr D chose a fine dining restaurant to have our anniversary dinner. I actually liked the restaurant and not to forget, service of the waiters.

 

The ambience is comfy with pale lighting, soft music surrounded us.

 

Dinner starts with a basket of complimentary baked bread.

 

Appetizers

Goose liver terrine

I liked the smoothness of the terrine, paired with light sweet and sour fig marmalade, thumbs up!

 

Fruity smoked duck

Healthy salad with smoked duck meat, raspberry dressing is always the best to mix with.

 

Zuppes

Tiger prawn bisque

 

Wild mushroom soup

 

Intermezzo

Sour sorbet used to cleanse palate before main course.

 

Main Courses

Tiger prawn vongole

Aglio olio pastas served with tiger prawns and clams, yummmeh!

 

Atlantic black cod

Thick cod fish decorated with asparagus and carrots, makes a decent dish.

 

Desserts

Cheesecake, chocolate cakes and macaroon in a row

 

It was such a waste that we did not order wine as we continued our drinking session after dinner. ;D

Strongly recommend this newly open bar, nice place to chill out and celebration.
